Cypress所有的XMC4000設備均是由具備內嵌DSP指令系統的Arm?Cortex?-M4供電系統。單精度浮點數模塊、直接內存瀏覽(DMA)性能和內存保護模塊(MPU)針對所有設備而言都是最前沿的-即便是最低的XMC4000的核心和外接設備同樣以高達80MHz的效率使用。Cypress配置了一系列通用型、迅速和精準的模擬/混合信號、定時器/PWM和通信外接設備。
