WolfspeedCMPA2060035是根據氮化鎵(GaN)HEMT的單片微波集成電路(MMIC)。與硅或砷化鎵相比較,氮化鎵具備優異的性能指標;包含相對較高的擊穿場強;飽和電子漂移效率高,傳熱系數高。與SiGaAs晶體管相比較,CMPA2060035具備更高的功率密度和更寬的帶寬。CMPA2060035包含二級反應適配放大器設計思路,在極小的占地總面積下實現極其寬的帶寬。可以在模具和緊湊型封裝銅鎢散熱器。
